THE MODEL

Most advisory work breaks where the business has to carry it.

Strategy is separated from structure. Structure is separated from leadership. The thinking may be sound, but the organization cannot hold it. The work returns to the owner, and growth continues to increase dependency.

Why this exists

This is not advisory from the outside. We work inside the organization with you. This means decisions, structure and leadership are shaped where they actually happen, not in abstraction.

The approach

This is not divided into workstreams. Strategy, structure and leadership are not treated separately. They are worked on together, because the business cannot carry one without the others.

How we work

It is not consulting, it is not facilitation and it is not delegated work. You do not get layers of consultants. You work directly with the 3 people responsible for the work inside the decisions that matter.

Why Norsten

A fixed point for companies navigating growth.

Norsten comes from two roots: north and the Old Norse word for stone.

A north-stone, or lodestone, was used by navigators as a fixed point. Something that does not move, but allows everything else to align.

That is the role we play inside a business. Not to run it. But to provide the reference point that allows it to move in a consistent direction.

We don't take over the business. We make sure it stays pointed in the right direction.

THE COLLECTIVE

Three perspectives. One integrated system.
