This policy explains what information Norsten Collective collects through this site, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to this site only.
When you apply for a conversation, you give us your name, company, role, an annual revenue band, a timing preference, and a short description of what is currently holding together because of you. When you request a written read of your Founder Dependency Audit result, you give us an email address and your score.
We do not ask for financial records, customer data, or any sensitive personal information through this site. Please do not send it.
Our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on page. We use it in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function. The rest are analytics cookies that measure traffic and page performance in aggregate. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
To read and respond to your application. To prepare for a conversation. To send the written read you requested. To operate and improve the site.
We do not add you to a marketing sequence because you took the audit. Requesting the read produces one email.
We share information with service providers who host the site, deliver email, and provide analytics, in each case only as needed to perform that service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We keep application and audit information for 14 months after our last contact with you, then delete it. If you become a client, engagement records are governed by the engagement agreement rather than this policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and Texas, may also have the right to opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

The Founder Dependency Audit is a self-reported instrument with eight statements. It is provided for information only. It is not a professional assessment, a valuation, or a diagnosis, and neither the score nor the written read is a guarantee of any outcome.
Client results described on this site are specific to those businesses and the conditions they operated in. They are not typical, not projections, and not a promise of what your business will do. Any commitments we make about an engagement live in the engagement agreement.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
