Apply for a Conversation

A diagnostic conversation.

Forty five minutes with a partner. We look at what the business currently runs on, where it runs through you, and whether the work we do is the right answer. You leave with a read either way.

02 / The Form

There is no public price list, because the work is not a productized workshop. The First 90 Days is the structural installation. The Year is the embedded rhythm after it. If the size, the industry, and the problem above are you, apply. If you need a cost before a conversation, say so in the form. We will tell you whether it is even in range, including when it is not.

We ask a few questions first so a partner can prepare a real read.

03 / What happens next
01

A partner reads your application. Not an assistant, not a form router. One of the three of us.

02

The conversation. Forty five minutes on what the business runs on and where it depends on you.

03

The read. If there is a fit we say so directly. If there is not, we say that too, and we tell you what we would do in your position anyway.

04 / Fit

Who this is built for.

This is for you if

You own or run a company between $10M and $100M in trades, construction, manufacturing, or professional services.

The business is performing and the structure is behind it.

You have a leadership layer that exists but does not yet carry the weight.

You can make this decision without a board or a sponsor.

You want structural change, not a better quarter.

This is not for you if

You want a framework to run internally.

You are in crisis and need a turnaround.

You want validation rather than perspective.

Your decisions are controlled by a board or private equity.

05 / Questions

Questions owners ask.

What does Norsten Collective actually do?

We embed with owner-led companies to build the operating structure that gets the business out of the owners' heads: priorities, scorecards, role clarity, hiring and onboarding, leadership rhythm, and managers who own their numbers. The work is Structure, Strategy, and Leadership together, not a slide deck and a pep talk.

Is this coaching?

Coaching is part of it. The point is the system. We leave work product behind: one-year and 90-day priorities, scorecards leaders actually run, job clarity, hiring profiles, onboarding paths, progression matrices, capacity models, and a quarterly planning rhythm. If all you get is meetings, we failed.

Who is this for?

Owner-led companies roughly $10M–$100M in trades, construction, manufacturing, and professional services. Founders who know the business still lives too much in their heads, and who want a leadership team that can run the company without every decision routing through them.

How is this different from hiring a President, GM, or another full-time seat?

A full seat is often $15k–$20k+ a month before they learn your business, and you usually get someone strong in one line. Strategy, Leadership, and Structure are three different jobs. Left alone, those often become three different seats. We embed as a Collective across all three so you build the operating system and elevate the leaders you already have before you add headcount. Sometimes you still hire. Often you get more from the team you have first.

How is this different from EOS implementers or traditional consultants?

We don't drop a toolkit and leave. We embed with your leadership team, build the artifacts with you, and coach owners and managers until ownership sits in the seats, not in a binder. Strategy, Structure, and Leadership stay coordinated so the company doesn't get three competing programs.

Will we lose control of our people and culture?

No. We challenge how you think and what "good" looks like. You and your leadership team approve changes before they land. We know the work. You know your people.

Do we need to give you office space? How much of our week does this take?

We're remote by design (with partners across AZ and CO). Time with owners and leaders is real, but it isn't "rent a desk and hover." Expect working sessions, artifacts between sessions, and a rhythm you can feel in how managers run their week, not a permanent on-site seat.

What if we've been burned by software or "guinea pig" programs before?

Fair. We lead with operating structure and leadership ownership, not another platform you have to feed. Engagements are built to be judged on outcomes: manager ownership, scorecards that get used, and a clearer annual/quarterly rhythm. If it isn't moving, you shouldn't keep paying.

How does this sit next to our CPA, fractional finance, or other partners?

Cleanly. Finance partners help you see the numbers. We help you build the management structure that uses those numbers to run the business. Same scoreboard, different job.

What does "good" look like in 90–120 days?

Managers own their numbers and corrective actions. Priorities are written at company and department level. Roles and hiring profiles are clearer. Onboarding isn't improvisation. Owners spend less energy as the default decision router. That's the early proof. Valuation and freedom compound after the system sticks.
