Meeting Preflight: plan a meeting that finishes something

Four steps before you send the invite, so the meeting finishes something.

Most meetings were never supposed to happen. Topics drift. Questions finish.

Meeting Preflight walks you through four steps before you send the invite. Turn the agenda into a question. Invite only the people who answer it, and let everyone else get the notes. Stop defaulting to an hour: start at 25 minutes and add time only where a question needs it. Then write what finished looks like, such as a decision made, an owner named, or a draft approved.

The invite goes out with the question, the people, the time, and the finish line, so everyone knows what done looks like. It runs in the AI assistant you already use, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
